Bent Creek Apartments (238 Bent Creek Ranch Road, Asheville, NC28806) are conveniently located near Biltmore Square Mall (1.7 miles) and I-26. Bent Creek Apartments are near more recreation areas than any other apartments: we are only half a mile from a Blue Ridge Parkway entrance; miles of nature trails and beautiful gardens of the North Carolina Arboretum are less than a mile from the Bent Creek Apartments; the French Broad River is only half a mile away; we adjoin the Bent Creek Experimental Forest and the Pisgah National Forest and are less than a mile from a state park - Bent Creek Park. It is really convenient to enjoy biking, hiking, canoeing, rafting, fishing, and many other things in additional to the natural beauty of the area.
Unlike most other apartments, Bent Creek Apartments are not located in a commercial area but are located in a totally residential and signgle-family home area, and thus enjoy relatively quiet, more green open space, safer environment, etc. Bent Creek Apartments are relatively new. There is a laundry facility on site and plenty of green open space in the back yard. Additional storage space is available in the basement($20 for 50 sf per month). There are only 4 apartments per building and a total of only 3 buildings. All apartments have 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and have central air-conditioning and heating. Each apartment is leased at $620/month (73 TV cable channels, water, and trash pickup are included), a great deal in this nice area. Most importantly, all the people in Bent Creek Apartments (a small group) are extremely nice.
